Ingredients

1 cup coconut

2 cups ripe pineapple

2 green chillies

2-inch piece of ginger

Salt to taste

1/2 cup water

2 dried red chillies

1 tsp mustard seeds

1 cup curd

1 tbsp oil

1/2 tsp mustard seeds

2 whole red chillies

A bunch of curry leaves

Method

- Cook pineapple with green chilies, ginger, salt, and half a cup of water.

- Keep cooking it till the pineapple becomes soft and smooth in texture.

- After this take out the ginger. Grind coconut and red chilies and make a paste.

- Then add crushed mustard seeds to it. Mix them with ripe pineapple. Let it boil.

- Then remove from the flame. Beat the curd well. Then mix it well.

- On the other hand, heat oil in a pan add whole mustard seeds, and let them crackle.

- Add red chillies and curry leaves to it. Pour this tempering over the cooked pineapple. Mix well.
