In today's era when the digital world has made deep inroads into the lives of children, their distraction during studies has become a common problem. Mobile, TV, social media, games, and other types of attractions affect the child's concentration level. In such a situation, the role of parents becomes very important. If your child also gets distracted while studying, then you can overcome this problem by adopting some easy and effective measures.

1. Manage time properly
Make a routine for the child that has a balance of studies, games, rest, and other activities. If the child studies at a fixed time every day, then his mind will gradually start focusing on that time.
2. Set small goals
Do not ask the child to study too much at once. Divide his studies into small parts and give a small break after each part. This will not tire his mind and he will be able to concentrate for a longer time.
3. Improve the study environment
The child's study place should be quiet, clean, and organized. There should not be unnecessary things like mobile, TV, toys, etc. so that the child's attention does not go here and there.
4. Limited access to digital devices
Keep the mobile or tablet away during study or put it on 'Do Not Disturb' mode. If online study is necessary, then give children access to only necessary apps and websites.
5. Give positive motivation
Appreciate the child for every small success. When the child sees that his hard work is being recognized, he will try to do better. Motivating is more effective than criticizing.
6. Take care of mental health
One reason for distraction can also be mental fatigue or anxiety. Talk to the child, lighten his mind, and try to know what is going on in his mind. If he is upset about something, then solve it first.
7. Do not stop sports
Physical activities help in increasing mental concentration. Give the child some time to play every day. This will keep his mind fresh and he will be able to concentrate better on his studies.

Conclusion:
Distraction is a natural tendency of children, but it can be improved with the right guidance and a positive environment. Patience and understanding of parents are the biggest key here. If you adopt these measures, then definitely your child's studies will improve and he will be able to move towards his goal.
