Children love going to school because they get a chance to play with their friends there. However, sometimes when they don't want to go, children start making excuses. It's fine if this happens occasionally, but what if your child makes excuses to not go to school every day? In such a situation, you need to ask yourself whether something wrong is happening to them in school. Most children do not like to talk about their problems in school. Also, they fear scolding and think that you will not understand them. In such a situation, it is important to know the change in children's behavior and try to solve their problem by understanding it. So let us tell you how you can find out that the child is struggling in school.

Not talking about school.
If your child is troubled in school, then he will not like to talk about school. This can be noticed when your child used to talk a lot and suddenly he has stopped talking. In such a situation, you may have problems in knowing the child and his school.
Complaining about school
If your child used to say only positive things about school earlier and these days are only complaining about school, then he may be facing some problems. This problem may be due to studies etc. or due to a spoiled relationship with someone or due to both reasons.
Change in physical activities
If your child is not able to sleep well these days, has lost interest in food, or does not go to play, then this can be a symptom full of problems. If he remains sad alone and remains lost somewhere, then this is also a sign that he is facing some problems in school. If the child is not able to do his homework quickly as usual and keeps sitting with a book or copy for hours, then it shows that he is facing academic stress and anxiety. Apart from this, it is also a matter of concern if the child is always scared or loses confidence in himself. When the child is not interested in studies and starts forgetting the things he has memorized. If these signs are seen in your child too, then he may be going through some problem.
Teacher's negative feedback
Often parents ignore the negative feedback of the teacher or start scolding the child. If the teacher is telling something about your child, then understand it carefully. Also, talk to the child about it and try to understand him.
Behaving badly in school
It is often seen in school students, especially students of classes 8 to 10, that they start misbehaving or breaking discipline due to stress. If the child is not attending the class, then this can also be the reason for the problems going on in his mind. In such a situation, keep yourself calm and try to understand him. Build a friendly relationship with the child and motivate him to share his problems.
How to get children out of uncomfortable situations
Talk to children openly.
Talk to children openly on all topics. Ask them about the activities happening in school. Try to know their opinion about their friends and teachers as well. Tell children openly about all the parts of their bodies. Give information to children about 'good touch' and 'bad touch'. Tell them that there are some private parts of the body, that no one else can touch. While watching TV, if any kind of intimate scene or sexual abuse scene comes, we often turn off the TV or send the children here and there. Instead of doing this, show it to them and answer the questions asked by them correctly. This gives them the right knowledge of 'good touch' and 'bad touch'.
Go to school regularly.
Your responsibility does not end after sending the children to school, but it increases even more after that. You must visit your child's school every week or twice a month. Go to school and meet not only the teachers but also your child's friends and other children studying with him and understand their behavior with your child. Also, pay attention to the school environment and activities there. See if your child is scared in front of anyone. If so, then talk to your child openly.
Bring awareness to children.
We often teach our children to respect elders. Learn from your seniors in school and obey everything the teachers say.
