Height Badhane Ke Liye Kya Khaye: The physical and mental development of children depends largely on their diet. If they are not given a balanced diet from the beginning, there may be a lack of essential nutrients, which affects not only their health but also their height.

Many times, parents notice that the child is not growing according to his age. In such a situation, instead of panicking, it can be beneficial to include some nutritious foods in their diet. These foods activate growth hormones and strengthen bones and muscles, which helps in increasing the height of the child.
Include dairy products in the diet - Milk and milk products are very effective for increasing the height of children. Milk, cheese, curd, and yogurt are rich in calcium and protein. They strengthen the bones and also provide vitamin D to the body, which helps in the absorption of calcium. Regular consumption of milk products improves bone growth, and an improvement in height can be seen.
One egg is necessary every day. Protein-rich eggs should definitely be included in the diet of children. Eggs contain vitamin B2, protein, and essential amino acids, which are necessary for growth. Boiled egg, omelette, or egg bhurji can be easily fed for breakfast in the morning. 1-2 eggs daily are beneficial for both the height and muscles of children.
Green leafy vegetables- Spinach, kale, broccoli, and other green leafy vegetables are rich in iron, calcium, and antioxidants. These nutrients increase the ability to carry oxygen in the blood and make bones strong. They can be included in the diet of children in the form of cooked spinach, soup, or green smoothie.
Dry fruits and seeds- Almonds, walnuts, cashews, pumpkin seeds, and chia seeds are very beneficial for the development of children. They contain healthy fats, magnesium, protein, and fiber. They not only help in protein synthesis but also increase brain development and energy levels. Giving a handful of dry fruits or seeds as a snack every day is a good option.
Fresh fruits- Fruits rich in vitamin C and antioxidants are considered helpful in increasing the height of children. Fruits like oranges, berries, papaya, mango, and kiwi help the body absorb iron, which improves blood circulation and activates growth hormones. Include fruits in the form of salad, juice, or directly in food.

Increasing the height of children does not depend only on genetics; their diet also plays an important role in it. By making the above-mentioned foods a part of the diet along with a balanced diet, regular physical activities and adequate sleep, positive changes can be seen in the growth of children.
Parents should give nutritious food to children on time and encourage them to play outside, so that the growth hormones can work properly in the body.
