Thecha is a popular chutney of Maharashtra. It is inspired by traditional cuisine. You will definitely like its spicy taste. Every member of the house will be seen praising it, whether young or old. You can also consume Thecha with starter, Bhakri, and rice. Very few ingredients are required to make it. Have you ever eaten Paneer Thecha? If you want to eat something different and new, then definitely try this recipe once. You can avoid every kind of trouble by following the method given by us.

Ingredients
1 cup paneer
2 tbsp peanut oil (singdana oil)
8-10 fresh green chillies, cut in half
6-8 garlic cloves
3 tbsp peanut seeds
½ tsp coriander seeds
½ tsp cumin seeds
A handful of coriander leaves
Salt to taste

Recipe
- First of all, cut the paneer into small pieces and keep it in a bowl. Now, after that, put green chilies and garlic in a pan and fry them for a minute on high flame.
- Now add peanuts, cumin seeds, and fry well, till the fragrance comes. Then add green coriander, salt, and mix well, and turn off the flame.
- Now grind these ingredients coarsely in a food processor or fry well. Now, apply the paste well on all the pieces of paneer.
- Now turn on the gas and place a pan on it and grease it well with oil. Now put the pieces of paneer on it and fry well on both sides.
- Fry till they become golden on both sides. Take out the fried paneer in a plate, pour lemon juice on it and eat hot.
