Cottage cheese - 300 grams
Coconut powder - 2 teaspoons
Sugar - 1 cup
Cardamom powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Milk powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Dry fruits - 2 teaspoons
Ghee - 1/2 teaspoon

Recipe

- To make Paneer Laddu, first of all, put Paneer in the mixer grind it coarsely, and take it out in a vessel.

- Now heat ghee in another vessel put Paneer on medium flame and fry for some time.

- Now add sugar and cardamom powder to it, mix well, and fry with Paneer for 4-5 minutes and turn off the gas.

- After some time, mix coconut powder with finely chopped dry fruits in the prepared mixture and make Laddu from it.
