Cutlets are very popular as breakfast or snacks. There is no dearth of people who like it as a starter as well. Cutlets are made of many things. Today, we are going to tell you the recipe for paneer cutlet. It can be made with or without vegetables. Be it children or adults, everyone eats it with great gusto. If you want, you can also keep it in the children's tiffin box. It is very easy to make and does not take much time. If you have never tried it at home till now, then follow the method given by us, so that you will not have to face any difficulty. Serve it with green chutney or tomato sauce. Whoever eats it will keep licking their fingers. What can one say if you get such a delicious thing to eat early in the morning?

Ingredients
Paneer crumble – 2 cups.
Boiled potato – 1
Chopped onion – 2 tbsp
Grated carrot – 2 tbsp
Chopped green chilli – 2
Ginger paste – 1/2 tsp
Dry mango powder – 1/2 tsp
Coriander leaves – 2 tbsp.
Garam masala – 1/4 tsp
Corn flour – 2 tbsp
Bread crumbs – 1 cup
Oil – for frying
Salt – according to taste
For refined flour paste
Corn flour – 1/4 cup
Refined flour – 2 tbsp
Black pepper powder – 1/4 tsp
Recipe
- First of all, take a mixing bowl and put the paneer crumbs in it. After this, take a boiled potato, peel it, mash it, and put it in the bowl.
- Now add finely chopped onion, grated carrot, chopped green chili, green coriander, and mix everything well.
- Now add ginger paste, red chili powder, dry mango powder, garam masala, and salt to this mixture and mix well.
- When this mixture is mixed well, add 2 more tablespoons of corn flour and mix well, and prepare a soft stuffing.
- You can increase or decrease the amount of corn flour as per the requirement. After this, keep the prepared mixture aside.
- Now take another vessel and add 1/4 cup corn flour, refined flour, black pepper, salt, and 1/4 cup water in it and mix well, and prepare the batter.
- Now grease your hands with oil and then take the prepared mixture in your hands and prepare the cutlets.

- After this, dip the cutlet in the refined flour batter and then put it in bread crumbs and wrap it well from all sides and keep it on a plate.
- Similarly, prepare all the paneer cutlets one by one and keep them on a plate. Keep in mind that the bread crumbs are well coated on the cutlets.
- Now put oil in a pan and heat it on medium flame. When the oil is hot, put the prepared paneer cutlets in it according to the capacity of the pan and deep fry them.
- Fry the cutlets till they turn golden brown on both sides. After this, take out the cutlets on a plate. Deep fry all the cutlets in the same way.
