Turmeric, red chilli, garam masala - according to taste

Baking soda

Method

Now, let's first know what the easiest method is to prepare pakoras. For that, first take gram flour in a bowl. After this, mix all the chopped vegetables, onion, paneer cubes, green chilli, spices, baking soda, salt, and some water in it and prepare a thick mixture like pakoras. Keep in mind that this mixture should not be thin. It should just be such that the gram flour gets layered on the vegetables and paneer.

When the gram flour layering is done well, first preheat the air fryer at 180°C for 5 minutes. If you are using an oven, then preheat it to 180°C as well.

While it is preheating, place butter paper in the tray and spray a little oil on it. This will prevent the pakoras from sticking. After this, place the raw pakoras in the tray and then spray oil on them.
