Ingredients

Half a cup of oats
Half a small cup of semolina
Half a small cup of gram flour
1 tablespoon of lemon juice
1 pinch of baking soda
Salt as needed
1 onion, finely chopped
1 tomato, finely chopped
1 bell pepper, finely chopped
1 green chili, chopped
2 to 3 tablespoons of coriander leaves

Recipe

- To make this, first make the oat batter. Put the oats in a mixer and then grind them finely.
- Strain it and transfer it to a bowl. Then add the semolina and gram flour. Then add salt and water as needed.


- Mix it well and make a smooth mixture without any lumps. Then set it aside for 20 minutes.
- Wash and chop the onion, bell pepper, green chili, coriander leaves, and tomato.
- After 20 minutes, the batter will thicken slightly. Add water as needed, and then add all the vegetables.
- Finally, add lemon juice. If you prefer, you can add the vegetables on top of the batter instead of mixing them into the batter.
- To make the uttapam, heat a pan and pour the batter onto it. Add the vegetables on top and then fry on both sides.
