Ingredients

2 cups oats
Half a cup of peas
1 finely chopped onion
1 finely chopped tomato
2 finely chopped green chillies
Half a cup of tomato puree
Lemon juice
Salt to taste
Half a teaspoon of turmeric powder
Half a teaspoon of garam masala powder
Half a teaspoon of red chilli powder
Half a teaspoon of mustard seeds
1 teaspoon desi ghee

Recipe

- First of all, heat desi ghee in a cooker, pan, or wok. After this, add mustard seeds to it and let them crackle.

- Now add finely chopped green chillies and finely chopped onions and fry them. After this, add finely chopped tomatoes to it and cook.

- Now add peas and tomato puree to it. Now add turmeric powder to it.

- Then add oats and other spices, mix well, and fry lightly on medium flame.

- Now reduce the flame of the gas and add 4 cups of water. Cook it while stirring it.

- You can also add frozen peas and your favorite vegetables to it.

- After serving in a plate or bowl, add finely chopped coriander leaves on top.

- You can also eat it by adding Desi Ghee on it, or you can also serve chutney, sauce or curd with it.
