These are not only full of taste but mushrooms also contain abundant nutrients. This is why this recipe is good for your health. Mushrooms contain many elements including fiber and vitamins. Ingredients

Noodles – 1 packet

Chopped mushrooms – 1/2 cup

Chopped mixed vegetables – 1 cup

Ginger grated – 1/2 tsp.

Onion chopped – 1

Chopped garlic – 1 tsp

Black pepper – 1/2 tsp

Tomato sauce – 1 tsp

Soya sauce – 1/2 tsp

Chilli sauce – 1/4 tsp

Vinegar – 1/4 tsp

Oil – 3 tsp

Salt – as per taste

Method

- First of all, take a packet of noodles and boil them by putting them in water. After this, drain the water of the noodles with a sieve and keep them aside.

- After this, cut the mushrooms, garlic, and onion into pieces. Now put 1 tsp oil in a pan and heat it on medium flame.

- After the oil is heated, add chopped mushrooms and fry them. After frying for 1-2 minutes, add black pepper and salt to the mushrooms, mix, and after cooking for a while, turn off the gas.

- Now take another wok and heat 2 tsp oil in it. After the oil is heated, add finely chopped onion, garlic, and mixed veg and fry it.

- After frying for 1-2 minutes, add boiled noodles and mix it well with the help of a ladle.

- Then add chili sauce, soya sauce and tomato sauce on top and mix. Now add fried mushrooms to this mixture and add salt as per taste.

- After cooking for a few minutes, add vinegar and turn off the gas. Mushroom noodles are ready.
