Puffed rice is considered to be very healthy. It has low calories which does not lead to weight gain. It is a beneficial snack. If vada is made from it, it does not harm children. It can be made and fed to children for breakfast or lunch. It is not that only children like this dish, adults also eat it with relish. Its taste gets on everyone's tongue and once a person eats it, he is seen demanding it again and again. Serve it with green chutney or coconut chutney. Let us tell you that puffed rice has a high amount of fiber which the stomach feel full for a long time. It also keeps digestion healthy. Due to calcium and potassium, bones also remain strong. It contains antioxidants that increase immunity.

Ingredients
4 cups puffed rice
1/2 cup curd
1/2 cup rice flour
7 curry leaves
1 teaspoon cumin seeds
1 finely chopped onion
1 teaspoon ginger
Salt to taste
1 teaspoon finely chopped green chilies
1/2 teaspoon coriander powder
Green coriander for garnishing
Oil for frying
Method
- First of all, take a bowl. Soak the puffed rice in water.

- After 10 minutes, filter the water and separate the puffed rice. The puffed rice will become soft.
- Now add curd, rice flour, finely chopped curry leaves, cumin seeds, coriander, green chilies and ginger paste and mix well.
- When the paste is ready, make it in a round shape with the help of hands and make a hole in the middle.
- Now heat oil in a pan. When it becomes hot, put the vada in it.
- When it starts to look brown, take it out of the pan. Murmura vada is ready.
