It's a great option for meals and also perfect for snacking. If you prefer sweet dishes, you can toast it and top it with whipped cream and cherries. To make it appealing to children, you can spread peanut butter on it. By following the step-by-step method we've provided, you won't have any trouble.

Ingredients
4 cups all-purpose flour
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
1 tablespoon virgin olive oil
2 tablespoons boiling water
2 teaspoons poppy seeds
2 teaspoons sunflower seeds
1/2 cup multigrain flour
1 tablespoon brown sugar
2 teaspoons dry yeast
2 teaspoons sesame seeds
2 teaspoons flax seeds
2 teaspoons pumpkin seeds
Method
- Soak all the seeds in water to prevent them from burning during the baking process. Take the all-purpose flour in a large bowl.
- In a separate bowl, mix the yeast with warm water. The water should become creamy in a few minutes.
- Now add this water to the flour bowl. Add salt, brown sugar, and mix until a uniform, elastic and smooth dough is formed.
- If you have a stand mixer, knead the dough in it for 8 to 10 minutes.
- Now grease a bowl with olive oil, place the dough inside, cover the bowl with a damp towel and let it rise for an hour. The dough should remain coated with oil.
- Take out the dough and make small pieces from it, which you then need to shape into loaves. Now, line the baking dish with baking paper or grease it with butter or oil.
- Place the dough into the containers. Remove the soaked seeds and spread them over the outside of the dough. Cover the loaves again with a damp towel and let them rise for another 45 minutes.
- Preheat the oven to 250 degrees Celsius. Once preheated, place a dish filled with water in the oven. The oven should be full of steam after preheating.
- This is essential for a crusty exterior on the bread. Place the baking tray with the loaves on the middle rack and the bowl of water on the bottom rack.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes. Let it cool before serving. Now you can enjoy your homemade bread with tea.
