Coriander leaves – 2 tablespoons

Red chili powder – 1/2 teaspoon

Method for Making Mangoda

If you want to make mangoda, first drain the water from the soaked moong dal and grind it coarsely in a mixer. The dal paste should not be too smooth so that the pakodas turn out crunchy.
