Ingredients

Green chilli: 250 grams

Salt: According to taste

Lemon: 1

Oil: For frying

Gram flour: 1 cup

Turmeric: Half a teaspoon

Baking soda: Half a teaspoon

Asafoetida: Half a teaspoon

Water: 1 cup

Method: - First of all, wash the green chillies and keep them in a large bowl. Now make a slit in the middle with the help of a knife.

- Now add salt and squeeze lemon juice into it. Mix it and keep it covered for 2 hours.

- After this, take a mixer jar and add 1 cup gram flour, salt, turmeric, asafoetida, 2 teaspoons oil, baking soda, and water and mix.

- Now pour this mixture into a thin glass. Then heat the oil on the gas. When the oil is hot, keep the gas on medium flame.

- Now take out one chilli at a time and dip it well in the gram flour solution kept in the glass and carefully put it in the oil. In this way, put all the chillies in the oil for frying.

- Slowly, it will start getting deep fried. Now fry it carefully by stirring it well and take it out by placing tissue paper in a plate.
