Today, we have brought you an easy and quick recipe of Mix Veg Raita, which will make your food even more delicious and nutritious. Yes, this raita is made with fresh curd and many types of vegetables, due to which it is also very beneficial for your digestion. Let's know the easy recipe without delay.

Ingredients:
1 cup fresh thick curd
1/2 cucumber (grated)
1/2 carrot (grated)
1/4 onion (finely chopped)
1/4 tomato (finely chopped, removing seeds)
2-3 tsp coriander leaves (finely chopped)
1 green chilli (finely chopped, optional)
1/2 tsp roasted cumin powder
1/2 tsp black salt
Salt to taste

Method:
First of all, take curd in a large bowl and whisk it well so that there are no lumps in it. If you want, you can adjust the consistency of the curd by adding some water.
Now add grated cucumber and carrot to this whipped curd. Also, add finely chopped onion and tomato.
Now add black salt, roasted cumin powder and salt as per taste. If you like it mildly spicy, then add chopped green chillies as well.
Mix all these things well. Finally, garnish with finely chopped coriander leaves.
