Ingredients
1/2 cup sugar candy
1 1/2 teaspoons black cardamom
2 1/4 liters of milk
1 1/3 teaspoons ghee
1 1/4 cups sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons almonds
1 1/2 teaspoons pistachios

Recipe
- First, bring the milk to a boil in a saucepan. Stir constantly until it thickens.
- Then, add ghee, sugar, and green cardamom powder to the pan.
- Mix everything well. Let it cook for another 5-10 minutes.
- When the mixture thickens and begins to smell good, turn off the heat and let it cool.
- Add the sugar candy, pistachios, and almonds to the pan and mix well.
- Refrigerate for an hour. Garnish with silver leaves and chopped almonds before serving.
