Ingredients
Milk – 1 liter
Sugar – 4 teaspoons
Mawa – 100 grams
Almonds, cashews, pistachios, raisins – 1 bowl
Cardamom powder – 1/2 teaspoon
Saffron – 2 teaspoons
Chironji – 2 teaspoons
Recipe
- First of all, boil milk in a vessel. After boiling, reduce the flame and cook it on a low flame.
- After some time, add mawa to it and keep stirring continuously. After this, add chironji, almonds, cashews, pistachios and raisins to the milk and keep stirring continuously.

- If you do not stir it, it may stick to the bottom of the vessel. When the milk thickens, add sugar to it.
- After adding sugar, cook it for 4-5 minutes. After adding sugar, add cardamom powder and soaked saffron threads to it.
- After this, cook it for 20 minutes without covering it. Your Mawa kheer is ready.
- Take it out in a bowl and let it cool. If you want, you can add more dry fruits on top to decorate it.
