Ingredients

100 grams of soaked whole lentils

2 boiled potatoes

100 grams paneer

Finely chopped mint leaves

Finely chopped coriander leaves

Half a small cup of roasted chickpeas

Oil

2 finely chopped green chillies

Ginger

Half a teaspoon of garam masala

Half a teaspoon of red chili powder

Half a teaspoon of dry mango powder

1 teaspoon coriander powder

Half a teaspoon of cumin powder

Salt

Method

- First of all, put half a cup of peeled, soaked whole lentils in a cooker, add less water than the amount of lentils, and let it cook till 1 whistle.

- Now, when the steam of the cooker comes out, filter the remaining water from the lentils.

- After this, put the roasted and peeled chickpeas in the mixer jar and grind them finely, and on the other hand, peel the boiled potatoes and grate them.

- Along with this, grate the paneer and add it to the lentils.

- Now add finely chopped mint, green coriander, green chillies, ground ginger, red chilli powder, garam masala, coriander powder, dry mango powder, roasted cumin powder, salt and gram powder.

- Mix them well. Now make tikkis from this mixture and shallow fry them in oil.

- Similarly make cutlets as per requirement. Your crispy cutlets are ready. Serve them with chutney or sauce.
