Many people include South Indian food in their daily diet. They consider it good for their health. Anyway, this food has reached every corner of the country, and people in every household like it. Anyway, we are talking about Idlis. Usually, Idli is made in many ways, but we are going to tell you how to make Masala Idlis. Apart from breakfast, you can eat it as a snack, lunch, or dinner. Its taste is amazing. Whoever eats it once, demands it again and again. This is one such thing that will be liked by all the members of the house, young and old. You can prepare it easily by following the method we told you.

Ingredients
5-6 medium-sized idlis
1 medium-sized chopped onion
1 large chopped tomato
Half a teaspoon of garlic-ginger paste
1 pinch turmeric
A quarter teaspoon of red chili powder
Half teaspoon pav bhaji masala
A quarter teaspoon of cumin seeds
1 teaspoon oil
Some chopped coriander leaves
Salt to taste
Recipe
- First of all, cut the idlis into small pieces. Now, heat oil in a pan.
- After it gets hot, add cumin seeds. After this, add garlic-ginger paste, onion, and fry well.

- When the onion becomes light brown, add tomatoes to it and fry till they become soft.
- Meanwhile, add turmeric, red chili powder, pav bhaji masala, and salt and mix well.
- Now add idlis to it. If you are using idlis kept in the fridge, then add some water to them.
- Now mix it well on a low flame. After this, turn off the gas and add green coriander in it.
