Kheer is a sweet that is liked by almost every member of the family. There is also a trend of eating cold kheer in summer. You must have eaten rice kheer in many ways, today we have brought for you the recipe of Mango Kheer. If you keep it in the fridge to cool, then it tastes even better. This wonderful kheer can be eaten till the next morning. However, considering the heat, avoid storing it too much. It takes very little time to make it. You keep enjoying different dishes of mango. Ingredients

Mango – 3 (ripe sweet mangoes)

Milk – 1 liter

Khoya – 200 grams

Fresh cream – 2 tablespoons

Cashews – 2 tablespoons

Almonds – 1 tablespoon

Custard powder – 1 tablespoon

Sugar – 250 grams

Kewda water – 4 drops

Recipe

- Wash and clean the mangoes. Separate the peel take out its pulp and grind it in a mixer.

- Take out the paste of mango in a vessel. Put the milk to a boil. When the milk boils, add khoya to it.

- Now add finely chopped dry fruits. Put custard powder in a bowl and add one cup of water to it and mix well, so that it dissolves well in the custard.

- Pour this solution into the boiling milk and keep stirring on a low flame till the milk thickens.

- Now add sugar to it. Add the ground mango paste and keep stirring the milk so that the mango mixes well with the milk.

- Now turn off the gas and add kewda water to the mango kheer. For better taste, add finely chopped pieces of ripe mango to this kheer.

- Now keep the kheer in the fridge to cool and serve the kheer chilled after 2 to 3 hours.
