Ingredients

1 liter milk

1/2 cup fiberless mango pulp

1/2 cup sugar

3 tablespoons lemon juice

4 small cardamoms

4 almonds

8 pistachios

Method

- First of all, put the milk in a vessel and keep it to boil. Now let it cool down a little.

- To make paneer from milk, add 2-3 tablespoons of water to lemon juice and mix.

- When the milk curdles, tie the curdled milk in a thin cotton cloth and keep it aside.

- When the paneer is ready, wash the paneer by pouring some water on top and press the cloth from all sides with your hand to remove excess water.

- Take out the prepared paneer in a vessel. Mix mango pulp and sugar in a pan and keep it for cooking.

- While the pulp is cooking, cut almonds and pistachios thinly on one side. Peel cardamom and make powder.

- When the mango is cooked well, add paneer to it and cook while stirring continuously.

- Add almonds and pistachios to the mixture and mix. Keep stirring it with a spoon until its consistency becomes about to set.

- Turn off the flame. Add cardamom powder to the mixture and mix.

- Grease a plate with some ghee and pour the entire mixture into the plate. As soon as the Kalakand is ready, cut it into pieces of the desired size.
