Although it is also available in the market, if it is prepared at home, then it is a different thing. It is not only tasty, but also beneficial for health. It does not take much time to make it. This wonderful dish is available to eat with very few ingredients.

Ingredients
Raw mango - 4 to 5
Sugar - 2 to 3 tablespoons
Food color - 1 tablespoon
Coconut - half cup
Oil - as required
Black salt - as per taste

Recipe
- First of all, take raw mangoes. Peel them and grate them. Clean them with water once and keep them aside in a bowl.
- Now add black salt and edible colour to it as per your taste. You can take colour as per your choice. You can also use children's favourite colour.
- Now mix it well and keep it in the sun for at least half an hour. Place a pan on the gas. Add some oil to it and heat it well.
- Add grated mango to it and cook while stirring well. When it gets roasted for 5 to 10 minutes, add grated coconut to it.
- Stir for a minute and then add sugar to it. Keep stirring it continuously. When the sugar melts, turn off the gas.
- Put it in a bowl and leave it to set. When it becomes slightly lukewarm, keep it in the fridge. Mango jelly is ready.
