Ingredients

Chopped paneer – 2 bowls

Onion – 3

Cashews – 1/2 cup

Whole black pepper – 1 tsp

Big cardamom – 2

Green chillies – 3-4

Curd – 1 bowl

Milk – 1 glass

Ginger – 1-inch piece

Oregano – 1/2 tsp

Cumin seeds – 1/2 tsp

Garlic buds – 10-15

Green cardamom – 2-3

Desi ghee – 2 tbsp

Salt – as per taste

Method

- First of all chop onion, garlic, and ginger into pieces. Now add 1 glass of water to a big vessel and keep it on the gas for heating.

- Add chopped onion, ginger, and garlic in water and boil on low flame. Also add green chilies, and big and small cardamom to the vessel.

- Add black pepper to it and let it boil for 20-25 minutes until the onion becomes soft.

- When everything boils well, turn off the gas remove the water, and keep it aside to cool. After cooling, put all the ingredients in a mixer jar.

- Add fresh curd to it and grind it to make a smooth paste. Now take out the prepared paste in a large bowl.

- Now put ghee in a pan and heat it on medium flame. After the ghee melts, add cashew and onion paste to it.

- If you want, you can make a paste by adding cashews while preparing the onion paste. After cooking for some time, add some water to it and add salt cover and cook.

- Cook the gravy on low flame for about 10 minutes and stir it 1-2 times. When the gravy is properly prepared, add milk and a little water to it and boil it again.

- By adding milk, the gravy will become creamy and rich and its color will become white. When the gravy starts boiling, add paneer cubes and marinate them with the gravy, and cook for 5 minutes.

- This will ensure that the gravy flavor is completely absorbed in the paneer. After this, turn off the gas. Malai paneer korma ki sabji is ready.
