Ingredients
Full cream milk - 1 liter
Condensed milk - 200 ml
Cardamom powder - 1 tsp
Pistachio chopped - 1 tbsp
Pistachio ground - 3 tbsp
Saffron threads - 8
Recipe
- First of all, put full-fat milk in a heavy-bottomed pan on medium flame and let it boil.
- Now take out 2 tbsp of milk from the pan and put it out in a bowl. Soak the saffron threads in it and keep it aside.
- As soon as the milk starts boiling, reduce the flame and boil the milk by stirring continuously with a spoon without covering it.
- Keep the milk aside to cool for 10 minutes. Now add condensed milk to it and stir quickly to mix the entire milk well.
- Put the soaked saffron in the milk and mix it well. Now add ground pistachio and cardamom powder to it.
- Now remove this milk from the gas and leave it to cool completely.

- Now pour this milk into an airtight mold and freeze it for 6 to 8 hours.
- Remove the kulfi from the freezer 5 minutes before serving. Remove the kulfi from the mold and serve it with chopped pistachios.
