Ingredients

1 cup oats

1/2 cup sugar

2 cups milk

4 tsp desi ghee

1 tsp green cardamom powder

Saffron

Cashews, almonds and raisins

Method

- Add 2-3 tsp ghee in a non-stick pan and fry the oats on low flame till the color changes.

- Cook milk and sugar in a pan till it boils.

- Once the milk boils completely, add fried oats to it and stir continuously.

- After this add cardamom powder and remaining ghee to it.

- Now add saffron to it. Stir it till it starts to show a difference at the edges.

- Remove from the flame and garnish it with fried cashews and raisins. Serve hot.
