Kalakand is a sweet whose taste is liked by everyone. You can easily make it at home as well. Its recipe is also easy.

Ingredients:
Grated paneer 250 grams
Condensed milk 200 grams
Cardamom powder, half a teaspoon
Pistachio or almond, 1 tablespoon finely chopped
Ghee one teaspoon
Method:
First of all, heat ghee in a non-stick pan.
Add grated paneer to it and fry it on a low flame for two minutes.
Now add condensed milk to it and cook for five minutes while stirring continuously, until it thickens a little.
Add cardamom powder, mix, and turn off the gas.

Now grease a plate or tray with ghee and put paneer in it.
Garnish with chopped pistachio or almond on top and press lightly to set.
Let it cool in the fridge for an hour, then cut it into desired shapes.
Soft and tasty instant Kalakand is ready to serve.
