Kaju Paneer Masala: If you want to surprise someone then don't think much, make this tasty dish..

If you are planning to surprise someone, you can make a special Kaju Paneer Masala dish for them. Whoever eats it will keep licking his fingers. Then you will always crave for this dish. Whenever you get a chance, you will demand it. You will wonder why you missed such a wonderful thing for so many days. This is a very tasty food recipe and it is also very easy to make. If you have never tried it at home, then you will not face any difficulty by following our recipe. You can serve it with roti, naan, or paratha.

Ingredients
Paneer – 250 grams
Cashews – 1/2 cup
Butter – 2 tablespoons
Onion – 1
Ginger-garlic paste – 1 teaspoon
Tomato puree – 2 cups
Kasuri methi – 1 teaspoon
Garam masala – 1/2 teaspoon
Cumin powder – 1 teaspoon
Cashew paste – 2 tablespoons
Cream – 1/4 cup
Coriander powder – 1 teaspoon
Red chili powder – 1 teaspoon
Turmeric – 1/2 teaspoon
Cardamom – 2
Curry leaves – 8-10
Cloves – 4-5
Chopped coriander leaves – 2 tablespoons.
Oil – 3 tablespoons
Salt – according to taste
Method – Firstly, take paneer and cut it into pieces. After this, cut the onion and tomato into small pieces.
- Now put oil in a pan and heat it on medium flame. When the oil is hot, add paneer pieces and fry them till they become light brown.
- After this, take out the fried paneer on a plate and keep it aside. Now add cashews in the same oil and fry them till they become golden. After this, take them out and keep them in a bowl.
- Now put butter in another pan and heat it. When the butter melts, add curry leaves, cloves, cumin seeds, cardamom and fry them.
- After this, add finely chopped onion and garlic-ginger paste to the masala and fry till it becomes golden brown.
- After this, slow down the flame of the gas and add turmeric, red chili powder, coriander powder, garam masala, and salt to this mixture and mix well with the help of a ladle.

- When the onion masala starts giving out its fragrance, add tomato puree to it and cover the pan to cook it well.
- After cooking for about 10 minutes, add cashew paste to it and let it cook until the oil separates from the gravy.
- After this, add cream to it and let it cook on low flame. Now add water as per the need and keep cooking till the gravy thickens.
- After this, add already roasted paneer and cashews to the gravy and mix well. After this, cover the pan and cook the vegetables for another 4-5 minutes.
- Finally, add kasuri methi and green coriander to the vegetable. Your cashew paneer masala vegetable is ready.
