He said, 'I work with 500 crew members, each of whom has their own family and their own life. Their well-being matters not only in maturing but also for their mental health.' Supporting Deepika's demand for 8 hours of work, the director said that this is an important topic. Aamir Khan and Akshay Kumar also work in 8-hour shifts. So I don't think Deepika should be forbidden from doing this. If a filmmaker doesn't agree, he should have a logical point.

I have never done overtime.
Kabir Khan also rejected the notion that filmmaking comes at the cost of personal life and sacrifice. He said that there should be a structure of work. Kabir revealed that he never shot for more than 12 hours, never did overtime, and never worked on Sundays.
