Today we will tell you its recipe. It will be liked by children and adults alike. Its taste will not only attract you, but it will also be beneficial from a health point of view. You can prepare this dish on special occasions along with normal days.

Jamun pulp
Fat-free milk
Corn flour
Sugar
Recipe
- First of all, add cornflour to half a cup of milk and mix it well. Now keep this mixture aside.
- Now boil the milk in a vessel and keep stirring it on a medium flame for 4 minutes. Now add the cornflour mixture to the boiling milk and mix it.
- Now turn off the gas and leave this milk mixture for some time to cool down.

- When this mixture cools down, add jamun pulp to it and add some sugar. You can also add sugar-free if you want.
- Mix this mixture well. Then put it in a container and cover it with foil. If you want, you can also put it in an ice cream mold to freeze.
- Now keep it in the freezer for 7 hours. After 7 hours, you have to take it out run it in the blender, and repeat the same process to freeze it again.
- Leave it overnight to freeze. The next day you can serve this jamun ice cream.
