Holi is about to come, and the preparation of dishes has started in the houses. Whenever there is a festival or whenever you feel like eating sweets, it is better to make them at home instead of buying them from the market. Because nowadays adulterated goods are available in the market, you should use good quality oil or ghee at home which is better for health. Market sweets can harm health. If you feel like eating jalebi, then you can easily make it at home. Many times people are not able to make restaurant-like jalebi at home. Ingredients for making jalebi:
Flour, oil or ghee, corn flour, baking powder, curd, yellow color or saffron, sugar, cardamom powder, cotton cloth with holes
Method of making jalebi:
1. First of all prepare the batter. Mix flour, baking soda, and corn flour well in a vessel. Adding corn flour makes Jalebi crispy. Now add some curd to it and blend it well with a blender. Take out the batter in a vessel and keep it for 1 to 2 hours.
2. Now make syrup. Make syrup by adding 1 bowl of sugar and two cups of water to a pan. Add a yellow color or saffron and cardamom powder to it. Let it boil and then let it cook on low flame.

3. Now to make jalebi, heat oil or ghee in a pan. Fill the batter in a cotton cloth with holes and make round jalebis in hot oil. Fry till golden on both sides. Dip the jalebi in syrup and take it out. Your hot jalebi is ready.
