Ingredients

1 liter of milk

300 grams of jaggery

1/4 tsp lemon juice

1 liter of water

2 tsp rose water

Method

- First of all, boil the milk and add lemon juice to it.

- When the milk curdles, filter it with the help of a muslin cloth.

- Pour cold water over it, tie the chenna in a bundle, and drain its water.

- Now take out the chenna and mash it lightly and make medium-sized balls.

- For the syrup, mix water and jaggery in a pan and boil it.

- Remove the syrup from the flame and filter it.

- Put the syrup on a high flame again and boil it.

- Add chenna balls and cook for 5 minutes.

- Then cover and cook for another 10 minutes.

- Now remove it from the flame and add rose water.

- Finally, keep it in the fridge to cool.
