 Ingredients for Paneer Popcorn

Paneer 200 grams

Flour ½ cup
Cornflour ¼ cup
Breadcrumbs 1 cup
Ginger-garlic paste 1 teaspoon
Red chili powder 1 teaspoon
Black pepper powder ½ teaspoon
Salt to taste
Water as per requirement
Oil for frying

Method of making Paneer Popcorn

Step 1- Wash the paneer and dry it, and then cut it into small cubes.

Step 2- Now prepare the batter. For this, add flour, cornflour, ginger-garlic paste, red chili powder, black pepper powder, and salt in a bowl. Prepare a thick batter by adding a little water to it.

Step 3- Then spread the breadcrumbs on a plate.
