The cheese available in the market is very expensive, so people are not able to buy it much. It also contains many types of chemicals, which harm health a lot. Due to this, today we will tell you an easy way to make cheese at home so that you can prepare more fresh cheese for less money.

Milk - 1 liter (full cream)
Vinegar or lemon juice

If you want to make cheese at home, then first make sure that the milk you buy to make it should be full cream. If the milk is not full cream, then the cheese will not be very good. Now after taking the milk, heat it on medium flame. Heat the milk in a deep vessel on a medium flame.
When the milk starts boiling, reduce the heat to low. Now add vinegar or lemon juice slowly on low flame and keep stirring the milk with a spoon. While adding vinegar or lemon, you have to stir the milk continuously.

With its use, the milk will start curdling in a short time, after which the chenna and water will separate. Tie it in a muslin cloth and squeeze it.
When its water dries properly, take hot water in a bowl and add 1 teaspoon salt to it. After this, keep it in hot water for 2-3 minutes. Then remove it from the water and knead it. After kneading, make a ball again and put it in water.
You have to repeat this process at least five times until it becomes very soft. The more you knead it, the more it will stretch. Your cheese is ready. You can use it to make everything from pizza to sandwiches and parathas.
