Cottage cheese - 40 grams
Soaked cashews - 80 grams
Garlic - 2-3 cloves
Lemon juice - half a teaspoon
Salt - half a teaspoon
Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
Water - 80 ml

Mayonnaise recipe
Put cashews, cottage cheese, garlic, lemon juice, salt, black pepper powder or whole, 80 ml water in a blender and blend well. Make it a very soft and smooth paste, so that it looks like mayonnaise.
