In another pan, add 1 cup water and 1/2 cup milk. Add sugar and cardamom powder to it and mix well. Let it boil. After the sugar dissolves completely, add rose water and saffron as per taste and mix well.

To make semolina pua, slowly add the prepared syrup to the semolina and mix well so that the semolina can absorb the syrup well. Cover the pan and let it cook for 2-3 minutes. Let the semolina get completely absorbed in the syrup.

To make tasty pua from semolina, add the remaining ghee to the semolina and mix well. Then add chopped dry fruits like almonds, cashews, pistachios, and raisins and mix well. After this, the pua will be ready. Enjoy eating it with great joy on Holi.
