Heat a non-stick pan. Apply a little oil or ghee to the pan. Using a large spoon, spread the batter onto the pan and shape it into a round shape. When one side of the cheela turns slightly golden, drizzle a little oil on the edge and flip it over. Once both sides are cooked through, your tasty and healthy spinach cheela is ready.
