The special thing is that you can serve it with raita, pickle, or chutney and make your breakfast tasty as well as healthy. Let's find out.

Ingredients to make Quinoa Pulao
Quinoa: 1 cup
Water: 2 cups
Onion: 1 (finely chopped)
Carrot: ½ cup (finely chopped)
Green beans: ½ cup (finely chopped)
Peas: ¼ cup
Tomatoes: 1 (finely chopped)
Ginger-garlic paste: 1 teaspoon
Green chili: 1-2 (according to taste)
Oil or ghee: 2 teaspoons
Cumin seeds: 1 teaspoon
Turmeric powder: ½ teaspoon
Garam masala: ½ teaspoon
Salt: according to taste
Green coriander: for garnishing
Lemon juice: 1 teaspoon (optional)
Method to make Quinoa Pulao
First of all, wash the quinoa thoroughly 3-4 times so that its bitterness goes away. After this, soak it in water for 10-15 minutes.
Heat oil or ghee in a pan. Add cumin seeds, and when the cumin seeds start crackling, add ginger-garlic paste and green chilies and fry lightly.
Now add chopped onion and fry till golden. After this, add turmeric powder, garam masala, and salt, and fry for a few seconds.
Now add vegetables like chopped carrots, beans, peas, and tomatoes to the pan and cook for 2-3 minutes. Keep in mind that the vegetables should not melt too much; they should be a little crunchy.

Drain the soaked quinoa and add it to the pan, mix it well with the vegetables. Now add 2 cups of water and cover the pan.
Cook it on low flame till all the water is absorbed and the quinoa is completely cooked. After cooking, turn off the gas and leave it covered for 5 minutes.
Now add chopped coriander and lemon juice to it and serve hot.
You can serve this delicious quinoa pulao with curd, raita or pickle.
