In the rush of the morning, we often lack time for breakfast. In such a situation, many people leave for work after eating something light, which is not at all good for the body. In such a situation, if you want to make something that is tasty and nutritious as well as gets ready quickly, then Paneer Cutlet is the best option for you. Let's know the recipe to make it.

Serves: 2
Ingredients:
200 gms paneer: grated
1 boiled potato: mashed
1 finely chopped onion
1 finely chopped green chilli
Some finely chopped coriander leaves
Ginger-garlic paste (1 tsp)
Spices: 1/2 tsp turmeric, 1/2 tsp red chilli powder, 1/2 tsp garam masala, salt to taste
For binding: 2 tsp gram flour or cornflour (if needed)
Oil for frying
Method:
First of all, add grated paneer and mashed potato to a large bowl.
Now add chopped onion, green chilli, coriander leaves, and ginger-garlic paste to it.

Then add all the spices - turmeric, red chilli, garam masala, and salt - and mix well.
If the mixture looks a little wet, you can add 2 tsp of gram flour or cornflour to it.
Mix the mixture well and shape it into small tikkis or cutlets.
Heat some oil in a pan and fry these cutlets on both sides on medium flame till they turn golden and crispy.
Finally, serve hot paneer cutlets with mint chutney or tomato sauce.
