Even though the names are different, this is a street food that is found almost all over the country and is loved by most people. There is such a craze for golgappas that eating it fills the stomach but the mind is not satisfied. People like to eat this street food found in every street but often avoid eating it despite having the desire due to hygiene. But you can easily make and eat golgappas at home with hygiene. Readymade golgappas are also available in the market. You just have to prepare the spicy water of golgappas at home. But the problem is that you do not know how to make golgappa water that tastes like the market. Here you are being told the easy method of making golgappa water at home.

Ingredients to make golgappa water
Mint, coriander, ginger, green chili, tamarind water or mango khatai, roasted cumin, red chili powder, chaat masala, lemon juice, asafoetida, salt, and water
Method to make golgappa water
Step 1- To make golgappa water, mix mint, coriander, green chili, and ginger pieces together and grind them well.
Step 2- Mix roasted cumin, black salt, red chili powder, asafoetida, and chaat masala in clean water.

Step 3- Now add the juice of half a lemon to it. Also, add tamarind water or mango khatai water.
Step 4- Add water to the ground ingredients and mix well. Sweet and sour delicious golgappa water is ready. If you want, you can also add a little boondi to the water.
