Ingredients and method to make Makhana and Peanut Falahari Namkeen

2 cups makhana

1/2 cup peanuts

1/4 cup cashews

1 teaspoon ghee or coconut oil

1/2 teaspoon black pepper powder

1/2 teaspoon rock salt

1/4 teaspoon dry mango powder

Method

To make this Namkeen, first heat ghee in a pan and fry peanuts in it. Now comes the turn to prepare other things. For this, fry makhana and cashews in the same pan. Put cashews and makhana in the same pan and fry on low flame till they become crispy.

When they become crispy, put all the things in the pan and add rock salt, black pepper, and dry mango powder on top and mix well. When it cools down, store this Namkeen in an airtight container.

Ingredients and method of making Sabudana Namkeen

1 cup thick sago

1/2 cup peanuts

1/4 cup cashew and coconut pieces

1 teaspoon rock salt

1/2 teaspoon black pepper powder

Ghee for frying

Method

Making this namkeen is also very easy. To prepare it, first fry the sago on low flame without oil, until it puffs up and becomes crispy. Now separately fry peanuts, cashew and coconut pieces in ghee.

After frying well, mix all the things and add rock salt and black pepper on top. When it cools down, keep it in an air tight container. Now it is ready to eat in Falahaar.
