Veg Pulao is very tasty to eat. To make it, first of all, soak the rice in water for half an hour before. After soaking for half an hour, the rice will swell. First, heat oil in the cooker and then add finely chopped onion and fry it. When the onion is fried properly, add the vegetables and then the spices. Lastly, add rice and salt and mix. If you have taken one cup of rice, then add two cups of water to it and put the cooker on to boil. After 2 whistles, turn off the gas and let the steam escape. When the steam comes out automatically, open the lid of the cooker and then add green coriander and serve.
Ingredients for making gram flour cheela
Gram flour - 1 cup
Onion, tomato, green chilli
Salt, turmeric, green coriander
Water - to make a paste

Method
To make gram flour cheela, first of all, mix all the ingredients in a big bowl and make a thin batter. While making the batter, keep in mind that it should neither be too thin nor too thick. After preparing it, place the pan on the gas and apply light oil to it. After applying oil on the pan, make cheela from the batter on it. When it is cooked golden on one side, turn it over and fry it from the other side as well. Golden roasted Cheela tastes even better. You can serve it with chutney.
