Ingredients for making banana cake
Ripe bananas - 2
Flour - 1 cup
Sugar - ½ cup
Baking powder - 1 tsp
Baking soda - ¼ tsp
Oil/butter - ½ cup
Milk - ¼ cup
Vanilla essence - 1 tsp
Method of making cake
To make banana cake, first of all, you have to preheat your oven. For this, set the temperature of the oven to 180°C. While the oven is preheating, first of all, mix sugar, oil, and vanilla essence with mashed banana in a bowl. After this, sift flour, baking powder, and baking soda and mix them.
If needed, prepare the batter by adding a little milk. This batter should not be thin or thick. To make the cake, now pour the batter into the greased cake tin and bake it for 30–35 minutes. Check once with a knife; if it is cooked, take it out, cool it, and then serve.
Ingredients for making Raw Banana Tikki
Raw bananas – 2 (boiled and mashed)
Boiled potatoes – 1
Ginger-garlic paste – 1 tsp
Green chilli – 1 (finely chopped)
Coriander leaves – 1 tsp
Salt, garam masala – according to taste
Bread crumbs – 2 tsp
Oil – for frying
Method of making Tikki
To make Raw Banana Tikki, first boil the bananas. Now mix all the ingredients in it and knead it like dough. When it is completely cooked, make tikkis of the desired shape. Now put a little oil on the pan and fry till it becomes golden. If you want, you can also bake it, so that it can be consumed by those who do not eat oil. Finally, serve with chutney or curd.
Ingredients for making raw banana sabzi
Raw bananas – 2
Oil – 2 teaspoons
Mustard seeds, cumin seeds – ½ teaspoon
Turmeric, chilli, coriander powder
Salt

Method of making the vegetable
To make raw banana sabzi, first cut the raw bananas into small pieces and boil them. After boiling, this vegetable will become even more amazing. Heat oil in a pan and temper mustard seeds and cumin seeds. When the cumin seeds are roasted, add spices to it and add banana pieces and fry for 5–7 minutes. When the bananas are cooked, at the end, add green coriander on it and serve.
