Ingredients for Gram Flour Laddoo
Gather two cups of gram flour, one cup of ghee, one cup of powdered sugar, half a teaspoon of cardamom powder, and cashews and almonds to taste.
How to Make Gram Flour Laddoo
Step 1 - First, heat ghee in a pan and add the gram flour.
Step 2 - Stir continuously over low heat until the flour turns golden brown and begins to smell fragrant.
Step 3 - Turn off the heat and let the mixture cool.
Step 4 - When the gram flour has cooled slightly, add the powdered sugar and cardamom powder and mix well.
Step 5 - Now, form the laddus with your palms and garnish with nuts.

How to keep the laddus fresh?
Store the laddus in an airtight container in a cool, dry place.
A slightly larger amount of ghee helps keep the laddus soft for longer.
These laddus can be easily stored for 10-15 days.
