Today, we'll share a recipe for a semolina dhokla sandwich that will satisfy you in every way. Everyone enjoys a quick, oil-fried breakfast. Ingredients
1 cup semolina
1 cup yogurt
2 green chilies
1 teaspoon lemon juice
Curry leaves
Half a teaspoon of mustard seeds
A pinch of asafoetida
Salt to taste
1 small tomato
Half a cup of paneer
Half a cup of capsicum and finely chopped onion
Recipe
- First, to make the dhokla batter, combine semolina, yogurt, green chilies, salt, turmeric powder, and lemon juice in a bowl.
- Whisk the batter thoroughly. Grease a pan with oil, turn the batter over, and steam it.

- Once the dhokla is cooked, add the tempering. For the tempering, heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds.
- Add green chilies, curry leaves, and asafoetida. Pour the tempering over the dhokla and sprinkle with lemon juice.
- Now, prepare the sandwich filling. Finely chop the vegetables for the filling.
Cut the prepared tadka into desired shapes, fill the center with the vegetable filling, and then place the other tadka pieces on top. Your dhokla sandwich is ready.
