Wheat Daliya – 2 cups
Jaggery – 1 cup
Mawa – 1 cup
Cashews – 8-10
Almonds – 8-10
Desi Ghee – 2-3 tbsp
Cardamom Powder – 1/2 tsp
Coconut Powder – 1 cup

Recipe

- To make Daliya Laddu, you can make Daliya from wheat, or you can also use ready-made Daliya from the market.

- To make Daliya Laddu, first of all, put Desi Ghee in a pan and heat it on medium flame.

- When the ghee melts, add Daliya to it. After this, slow down the gas and fry the Daliya while stirring with the help of a ladle.

- After some time, when a mild fragrance starts coming from Daliya and the color of Daliya becomes golden brown, then turn off the gas.

- Take out the roasted Daliya in a vessel and heat the pan again. Meanwhile, take the jaggery and grind it coarsely. After this, put it in a pan and cook.

- After some time, when the jaggery starts melting, add mawa and coconut powder to it, mix it, and fry it while stirring with a ladle.

- Before this, cut cashews and almonds into small pieces. Add them to the pan and mix them well.

- When the whole mixture is roasted well, turn off the gas and take it out in a vessel.

- Now add roasted Daliya to the mixture and mash all the ingredients well with the help of both hands.

- After this, take the prepared mixture little by little in the hands and make round laddus from them and keep them in a plate.

- Similarly, prepare Daliya laddus from the whole mixture. After some time, the laddus are set and ready to eat.
