Ingredients

12-15 green chillies

1/4 tsp cumin seeds

1/4 tsp mustard seeds

1 pinch asafoetida

Coriander powder

Half tsp turmeric powder

1/4 tsp red chilli powder

Salt

2 tsp oil

Method

- First of all, take 12-15 green chillies and wash them well.

- After this break the stalks of all the chillies and make a slit in the middle of the chillies.

- After this, take a pan and pour oil into it.

- Now add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, and asafoetida to it. Add green chillies to it.

- Add turmeric, red chilli, coriander powder, and salt in it and mix.

- Now turn off the gas flame and add 4 tsp of curd in it and mix.

- Turn on the gas and cook it while stirring it for 2-3 minutes. Dahi wali mirchi is ready.
