Ingredients for making Dahi Sandwich
Hung curd – 1 cup
Bread slices – 4
Finely chopped carrots – 2 tbsp
Finely chopped capsicum – 2 tbsp
Finely chopped onion – 1 small
Finely chopped green chilli – 1
Finely chopped coriander leaves – 1 tbsp
Salt – according to taste
Black pepper – 1/4 tsp
Roasted cumin powder – 1/2 tsp


Method of making Dahi Sandwich
To make a Dahi Sandwich, first of all, you have to prepare hung curd. For this, put the curd in a muslin cloth and hang it for at least 30 minutes so that all the water drains out and the curd thickens.
When it thickens and its water is drained, now take it out in a bowl. After removing the curd, add all the chopped vegetables, salt, black pepper, roasted cumin powder, and green coriander to it. Keep in mind that these vegetables should be very finely chopped.
Now mix them well until everything is mixed. When everything is mixed properly, spread this mixture on the bread slice and cover it with another slice.
