The demand for cucumber increases in summer. It is considered cool, healthy, and hydrating. Cucumber contains 95 percent water and is considered excellent for digestion. Usually, people use it only in salads. However, many delicious dishes can also be made from it, one of which is cucumber cutlet. This is a wonderful snack. If you want something healthy, oil-free, or less oily, then this is a great option. It is liked by both children and adults. This recipe keeps the stomach light. Whoever tastes it once becomes its fan and is seen ordering it now and then. Serve it hot with green chutney or curd. This dish can be prepared easily.

Ingredients
Cucumber – 2 medium size (grated)
Boiled potatoes – 2 (mashed)
Gram flour – 3-4 tbsp
Bread crumbs – 1/2 cup
Green chili – 1 (finely chopped)
Ginger – 1 tsp (grated)
Green coriander – 2 tbsp (chopped)
Lemon juice – 1 tsp
Garam masala – 1/2 tsp
Salt – as per taste
Oil – as per requirement

Method
- First of all, keep the grated cucumber with light salt for 5 minutes.
- Then squeeze it well so that all the water comes out.
- Now put boiled potatoes, squeezed cucumber, gram flour, bread crumbs, green chili, ginger, green coriander, lemon juice, garam masala, and salt in a vessel and mix well.
- Keep the mixture aside for some time to set so that it can bind.
- Now shape the tikki or cutlet with your hands.
- Heat a non-stick tawa or pan, add some oil and fry the cutlets on both sides till they become golden and crispy.
