How to Make Restaurant-style Crispy Corn: There was a time when there were only a few dishes in the name of breakfast. These dishes include dishes like samosas, tikkis, golgappas, and papdi chaat. But, today times have changed. Today people have distanced themselves from fried dishes. Instead of these, people prefer to eat such dishes, which do not require much oil to make.

One such snack is crispy corn... This dish is liked by everyone from adults to children. Most people like to eat it in restaurants. But, if you want to make it at home, then its easy method is given here. If you make crispy corn from this recipe, then everyone will praise you.
Ingredients to make delicious crispy corn
Corn – 2 cups
Flour – 3 tbsp (corn flour will also work)
Red chilli powder – 1/2 tsp
Capsicum
Green onion
Onion
Lemon juice
Mild garam masala – 1/4 tsp
Chat masala
Salt – as per taste
Green coriander – 2 tbsp
Oil – for frying
Method to make crispy corn
If you want to make crispy corn, then first wash the corn thoroughly. After this, take water in a pan and add salt to it. After the water boils, add corn to it. When it boils lightly, take it out. Now let the corn cool down.
After this, take out the flour in a bowl. If there is no flour, then you can also use corn flour. After taking this, add red chili powder, mild garam masala, and salt to the flour and mix it well. Add some water to it and make a thick solution.
When this batter is ready, add boiled corn to it, so that a coat is formed on the corn. Now heat the oil in a pan. After the oil is heated, dip the corn in the batter and put it in hot oil. Now fry it on medium flame till it becomes golden and crispy.
When it becomes golden, remove it from the pan and place it on tissue paper, so that the excess oil drains out. While it is drying, chop the onion and capsicum very finely.

After this, put the fried corn in a bowl and add finely chopped capsicum and onion to it. After this, add some chaat masala, light salt, and then finally add lemon juice. Before serving, add finely chopped green onion and then serve hot crispy corn with green coriander chutney or tomato sauce.
